Has Anyone bought a property from the city?

I came across a distressed property in my area and did some research on the property appraiser’s website. It looks like the previous owner has passed away and the property has since reverted back to the city.

Has anyone here ever purchased a property directly from the city? If so, what was the process like? Any tips or insights would be greatly appreciated.
