How to add value and learn from other investors

Hi there,

I'm looking to start fix and flipping houses in the San Diego area. I'm currently in the process of building out my team (GC's, hard money lenders, agents, title reps, etc.) and am actively analyzing deals to pull the trigger on. As a new investor in the fix and flip space I really want to learn from others doing the same thing. I'm currently going to meetups and have reached out to multiple investors and met up for coffee and lunch. My question is what are some of the best ways to provide value to experienced investors in exchange for getting exposed to the flip process and their expertise? Appreciate any insights!

The single best way to get the value to the people that are flipping are by bringing deals to them and doing the deal with that investor. They will be grateful, you can learn a lot and also make some money at the same time.
