First Time Flipper

I am purchasing my first flip property with assistance with a real estate coach within the Cleveland, Ohio area. I've done my due diligence (Estimated rehab budget, researched comps, reviewed the forums ;) and have a contractor lined up).

I'm still super nervous and I'm sure that feeling does not leave but I'm just wondering if you experienced investors have and words of wisdom when the financial and anxiety levels are stretched!

Thanks y'all.

You're either gonna make money, or you're gonna lose it. All part of the game. Not gonna win um all. 1 flip doesn't make or break your career. Learn from deal 1 and apply it to deal 2.
