Holiday Success Stories for Flips

Hi y'all!

I'm looking for success stories on those that have flipped during the holidays.😏

Perhaps as a part 2 from my post a few months ago,  is the main reason I'm here.  

I know some responded saying both positives & negative.  Now I want success stories only.  Perhaps as encouragement.  I had to use a credit from a previous deal by November-thus holiday listing 

It's day 23, 1 showing several saves on both redfin & zillow. I know it's slow bc of the market & obviously the season. 

I have fingers crossed for a joyful January. 😀 My flip is in 75043.

 Eagledale on the west side of Indy near Speedway. We have not committed to the sale price yet but it will likely land between 200k and 220k.
