Wholesaler wanting to understand, connect & network with house flippers

Hello all

I'm starting my journey to become a wholesaler here in Phoenix, Arizona, but I want to get information on what is it that house flippers are looking for and expecting when a wholesaler brings them a deal. What are some of the best ways to build a network with investors looking for potential homes to fix and flip?

    Hi Brandon
Welcome to the Phoenix market. The flippers I see doing well are usually looking for clean numbers, realistic ARVs, and enough margin to account for holding costs and surprises. Clear photos, solid comps, and transparency about repairs go a long way when presenting a deal. Building relationships locally, not just blasting lists, tends to separate serious wholesalers from the rest. Are you planning to focus on a specific area or price point in Phoenix as you start building your buyers list?
