Rent Ready Unit vs Rehab

Hello,

This might be a long shot but can anyone recommend someone to use to get a unit rent ready? It may even make more sense to do more of a rehab for it. Cleveland duplex and a tenant had to move out. I will also be actively searching for a multifamily to BRRRR in the near future.
