Home inspection by flipping

Hi everyone,

I’m curious how most experienced flippers handle inspections when purchasing a property.

Do you typically order a full home inspection before closing, or do you rely on your contractor walkthrough and your own evaluation?

Does your approach change if the property is on MLS versus off-market or wholesale?

@Lipa F.

I always use an inspector and try to fix the majority of the issues from their report. The end buyer will run an inspection too, so I’d rather take care of problems beforehand than have to deal with them later.
