Need help with vacant property insurance
Hi. I recently completed a year long remodel and just put it on the market. My builder's risk insurance is about to expire. The broker is telling me they won't extend as the work is done. I'm looking for coverage while the house is on the market which could be a week or a year who knows? I'm running into problems as many of the standard carriers are unable to give me coverage on a vacant property over $1m. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.
