Newbie in Berks County and Reading, PA area

Hi everyone - 

Wow, great site!

I'm Jennifer and live right outside of Reading, PA.   I have a passion in real estate and want to eventually invest in rehabs and flips.   I have my B.A. in Studio Art and have some 'woodworking' experience - my favorite is refinishing floors and/or any wood detailing.  I actually teach high school math (personal finance, algebra 2 and calculus) and am in the whole numbers thing too.   I think that's why I love real estate, it really is a combination between numbers and visual appeal :)   I'm currently looking for a team and/or partner up with, and can do either flips and/or landlording.
