I am in need of someone that drafts design plans for a renovation..... We are doing a rehab on a house in Scottsdale Arizona and need plans drafted before applying for permits with the city. I have an enclosed patio that was set up as a bonus room, but not permitted by the previous owner. I need to get it permitted.
