Anyone use a FSBO to sell their flip?

Hello All,

I am getting into my first flip and my minority partner wants to try FSBO when we are ready to sell it. Anyone have an opinion on this?

Give it a shot. Obviously you have reservations and they should be addressed to your minority partner. Your partner wants to try to save on expenses apparently by not hiring a r.e. agent. You probably would rather have someone else, a professional, handle the selling. There's no right or wrong answer. However everyone has their own opinion on the matter but its always up to the owner(s) to make the final decision. Zillow and byowner.com among other websites cater to those looking to go the FSBO route. You can always decide to do an exclusive agency listing later if you & your partner chooses. Whether that later on is 45, 75, 90 or 180days later is up to all of the partners to decide. Work it out together guys. My coin.

    Kudos,

    Mary
