Over my head
I committed the cardinal sin. I bought a place with full intention of flipping in a timely manner. This was not to be the case as I acted as my own GC. 1st the problems with the city, then I had some physical problems and everything got out of wack. I bought most all of the materials to finish but have no finances to finish. Not yet going into past dues but getting close. Any advice or possibly investors interested in giving me advice. Thanks Don. A seriously troubled investor.

Hi Donald! Sorry you are dealing with this. Deals are a bit hard to find in Denver right now, so I bet that if there's some profit to be made here that you'll be able to find someone to either take this off your hands or perhaps do a joint venture. I'm not a flipper, but there are plenty of active Denver flippers on BP I think. (and now that I've put "denver" and "flip" in the thread maybe those keywords will bring them running, lol!)
Can you give some more info? Where is the property and how much remains to be done?
