Closing Cost

I am thinking about purchasing house 30k and the ARV is 60K needs 12k in repairs. Any idea what my closing cost would be and any other cost I need to know? Thanks Guys

In Texas for a cash sale you should be in the $300-400 range. You also will receive the prorated amount of the property taxes from Jan1 through the date of closing so the amount to bring to the table will be less than the purchase price. However, you will be responsible for paying all the 2014 Property Taxes in January
