Partially completed rennovation

Is anybody aware of any pitfalls in buying a house that is partially renovated?  I have the opportunity to buy a house that has already had all the structural work completed including all new wiring, plumbing, roof and HVAC.  I have pulled comps in the area and this house still works to make a profit.  I want to make sure that I am not overlooking a potential obstacle.  Any insight is appreciated.
