How to get a list of NOD's?

Hello all. Please advise as to how I can get my hands on a list of NOD's without having to actually purchase them from other sources, such as listsource. Is there a way of searching for NOD's? If so, How? I am in the DC market. All tips and advise is much appreciated. Thank you!
