Hello BP World,

My name is Yaz and I read posts all the time on these forums so I decided to share a flip house that I did.

Everybody is always interested in the numbers so I will start right away with that.

Purchase Price : $75,000

Closing cost : $1050

Rehab : $45,000

Holding time was 3 months = $600 (all cash purchase and rehab)

Sold in 24 hours: $175,000

I got the home from a pocket listing. A friend of mine called me and said he had an agent friend that had a house to flip. Some of the best advice i got of this website is to talk about real estate investing with everybody I know and it payed off.

It's not normal to get a house like this for that price in my area. I was in the right place at the right time. In the house flipping business its all about who you know and networking is very important.
