Kitchen Sink faucet repair

Hello All

  Just wondering if there is a guide or way to tell the they manufacturer/ model of a Kitchen sink faucer.  It apperas to be a newer model moen or Kohler , but unable to tell for sure.  Need to repair teh pull down hose portion

a lot of companies offer lifetime warranties, and will ship you replacement parts for free, if you can find out the manufacturer.
