What is the best advice all of the experts with experience out there can give on HOW to find the great deals???  Name the top three ways to search markets and find the great deals for either rehabbing/flipping or buy and hold??  Thanks in advance!!

There are too many different ways to do it to call one the best especially considering each market is very different. Personally I like Driving for dollars and sticking in the private market. MLS is normally way too expensive for me.
