Looking for San Diego Rehab Contractors
I have some deals here in San Diego and all of my go to contractors are tied up with my projects and other projects. Looking for any good contractors in the San Diego area with insurance and rehabbing experience with references from previous rehab jobs that would like to interview. Our general rehab time per property is around 30 days for basics and 45-60 days for more involved projects (slab cracks, foundation issues).
