Thanks for taking the time to come to my post. I'll be upfront. I am looking for a mentor in the rehab world. I am on my journey to replace my current income with rehab investing and to eventually move onto buy and hold properties. I am in the process of setting up my business basics, I've read BP's Ultimate Beginner's guide, am currently reading the Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller (great book) and have J Scott's rehabbing book on the horizon to read, as well as absorbing the many helpful posts here. However, I learn best by hands on work.
I am looking to expand my network. If you are an experienced rehabber and looking to expand your goals, I may be of service. I am willing to devote my time and money to invest in real estate and JV deals. I would like to start replacing my income as soon as possible. If you are willing to part with some of your knowledge and guidance then you might find yourself in a mutually beneficial partnership.
I currently reside in Northern Virginia but willing to go as South as Richmond and as North as Baltimore.
If you have several deals under your belt I'd be happy to speak with you and provide further details of my situation.

If I were you, I would attend REIA meetings in your area. I imagine there would be quite a few. Look up by keywords on here or at meet-up. The key is to develop relationships with people. There are wonderful people on BP and in the NoVa/Richmond Area. Good Luck.
Thanks @Stacy E. for the suggestion! I guess I forgot to mention I am a member of my local REIA, but am open to join other meetup groups as well. At those meetings I seem to end up talking with the newcomers (maybe it is my warm personality) and I need to force myself to talk to others lol.
Congrats on being bold and putting yourself out there. Maybe you could share more about your background and what you bring to the table to attract rehabbing mentors?

I have a finance degree from a big school and am willing to work with potential partners in all aspects of deal making. I can help with crunching the numbers, exploring properties, or negotiating with potential sellers. I am told I am very friendly and personable, which will help me in the negotiating aspect. Whatever I do not know I am willing to learn. I do have some money available to joint venture deals so I am willing to put skin in the game.
