Any suggestions for cheap curb appeal?

Question

I just put an offer on the property this week and it will be added to my long term rentals collection. The interior of this house is unbelievable/top notch/luxury appointed while the exterior is nice and clean and very blah to my eyes. I've never done curb appeal work in my 15 years as an investor (lucky me or stupid me, I can't decide), but I think there is opportunity here.

Any suggestions for a quick / cheap facade update to make it pop? Guessing paint but not sure what color or where to put it...

I would add a beige front door,  and replace the smaller bushes with slightly taller ones. Maybe add a small, low maintenance tree.

Although I am not a fan of bright red, I agree that shutters and a nice color door would work wonders, maybe a burgundy or a dark green.

The house looks good to me. I'd find a good landscape designer and spend money on quality low maintenance landscaping. Add some inexpensive annual flowers and it will pop I bet.

I'm thinking the blah feeling is because of the snow but id would add a bright color door not sure about red but it would be bright and id add colorful bushes too each side of the door way and top it off with a nice hanging light in the entry way

Perhaps a bright red door and matching shutters.

I'd pull up the sod from next to the walk and plant flowers (once the snow clears)
