Looking for Flip Project

I am selling my properties and its closing in June.. I have about $150k cash for my next flip project. 

I am looking for credible realtors and wholesalers that can snatch me a nice deal..

Here are the areas I would like to delve into. Areas either I am familiar with or previously owned properties..

Detroit MI suburbs

Pittsburgh 

Cleveland/Akron

Columbus OH

I am also looking to expand to the east around the Philly, Baltimore, DC area..

I am looking for someone with a track record and not someone who wants to make a quick buck. I want to build a relationship and make this an ongoing thing..

I may be able to spice up the pot to run 2 flips at the same time..
