Flipping houses in NJ
Overall what is the best area to flip homes in NJ? Also what area has the highest demand of buyers?
My biggest fear is flipping a house in a slower market/area and having the property sit on the market for a long time. Would be great to hear from others who have successfully flipped in NJ or NY. I am currently in the freehold/ Monmouth county area and to me the market seems very slow around here, with a large inventory on the market
