paying cash for fixeruppers
does anyone here who has the means pay cash for your propertys? I am looking for my 3rd house I lived in the 1st and am living in the 2nd I will use a mortgage for all 3 but hope to have the means to pay cash for propertys in the next year or two, the reason I would like to do this is to lower my risks as much as possible, but when I do any reading on the subject everyone says LEVERAGE LEVERAGE but I am wondering if that is the best route to go.
