Flipping Homes in Central Florida

I recently just moved here from San Diego California to not only start flipping houses myself, but also to work for an investment realty firm that provides inventory for investors.  The prices down here in the south for home prices, labor cost and materials are so much cheaper than many other larger cities in the U.S.  I really can't express how large the inventory is and now that the rainy season is over, flipping homes in Central Florida is arguably the best place work outdoors in the fall/winter.
