What is your biggest hurdle to overcome when fixing and flipping a property? Interested where people's clogs are.

My biggest hurdles:

1) Finding great deals with big upswings

2) Knowing when to say, "THIS IS GOOD ENOUGH."  I am a perfectionist and want everything to be high-end and perfect.  My husband has to bring me back to reality often and remind me that certain things or items I want to buy for a house will just eat into our profit.
