Bidding On A House Shell In OKC
Advice needed especially from OKC people or comparable markets.
Considering making an offer on a 3200 sf shell: Windows, exterior doors, interior framing, roof all complete. Buyer is asking 155k.
What I need to know is what the homeowner was likely to have paid to get this far with a builder? Looking at a lot of shell builders sites, I doubt that they're more than 120 deep at this point and it's been sitting on the market for some time.
Any insights welcome!
