Getting bids before closing

Hi all,

I'm new to the REI scene and I'm considering doing a flip in the near future. I have a projected budget, but I'd like to be as precise as possible. Once I have an executed contract, but before closing, is it okay for me to bring subs to the place to get bids (especially on the work that needs to happen on the outside of the house)?

Thanks,

Adela

That's up to the seller.  You don't have free acces by just having it under contract.
