move to a hot market

I'm undecided if should I move to a hot market to do fix and flip deals,

Im considering  Houston TX market! since I already have family members in that area.

could someone give me an advice on this please ?

what y'all think about this market for flipping ?

I'm in Houston. It's a great city for fix and flips. Just have to know your target market area of the city
