I am new to real estate investing and I would like to shadow a seasoned investor.  I live in the central Ohio area, i.e. Franklin, or Delaware counties.  I'm still trying to decide on the type of investing to start out with, but I think wholesaling, fix and flip, or long term holding the note of a buyer.
