Cleaning/Staining Concrete

Hello Everyone,

I recently acquired a house with conrete floors in every room. I plan to stain and seal all the floors. The floors previously had Vinyl Tiling so there are marks where the tiles used to be as well as paint and other blemishes on the floors (stains etc.)

My question is this, What is the best and most effective way to make the concrete floors look AMAZING? What is the best way to clean them and make them look almost new? And how do you stain them!?
