I have a property in the Loveland area that I need to have asbestos abatement done on. Does anyone have any recommendations for abatement companies? Or information on pricing for a guide?

Also, if there are any investors in the Colorado area that own/owned rentals with asbestos in them, I'd like to chat with you about it, please. Thanks!

@Robert Mcquillan unless you are living in the property in Colorado you can't do the mitigation yourself.

@Account Closed so generally speaking, I want to have the asbestos mitigated in property I own but not in every case has it happened. Certainly if they are there doing work, then I want them to take it all away. I have one property that has it in the dry wall mud. I didn't gut it to the studs. The drywall mud is stabilized by being painted. Unless some tenant goes crazy and sands it down, the powers that be have determined it's not a hazard. If I ever demo the building, it'll be $20k to get rid of it.

I send you a pm about some folks I have used in the past.
