New to Rehabbing
My new partner and I are in the process of raising 500k to do more deals in 2016. He's very experienced in rehabbing and I have zero experience. My first hurdle I need to overcome is how to do a quick analysis of how much rehab estimate work is needed. I know guys that can walk a house and guess 10k of work in like 30 minutes. Any tools or apps out there that can help me do this efficiently?
