I am in the Indianapolis area. I am new to the game and am looking to help a local investor however I can. Need help with a clean out? In the process of a rehab? Need someone to help find a good contact? 

I am new here but not new to work and I also have some great connections in the city. I'm looking for some experience. Nothing else. Work is free and can last as long as we agree. All I ask is that it is related to flipping homes, multi-family investments and within 20 miles of my home. 

How can I help?
