Partnership for Rehabbing

Hi all:

My wife and I are looking for a potential investor partnership for RE investments in The Greater Tampa Bay area - someone that could finance 20% of the purchase and rehab price, while we would finance the rest and manage the project for 50/50 profit split. Between the two of us we have over 37 years knowledge of the area and 17 years of practical REI experience. Our current focus is the $200k-$600k market - rehabbing and flipping. Presently we have a contract on a property within those parameters. If you are interested please PM me to discuss. Thanks, Roger.

@Roger Kumapayi

Not sure what your other posts were about.  You can find a partner here on BP but I think anyone looking for a partner would like more information.  Sure I understand that they can pm you but imagine if you spelled out the deal.  You would reach a larger audience and could possibly end up courting several potential partners.

Here are a few questions:

  1. What is the purchase price, ARV, rehab cost, etc. ?
  2. How many deals have you done in the past?
  3. Do you have any references?
  4. Do you have contractors already lined up?
  5. What do estimate your holding time to be?
  6. How are you financing the project?
  7. How are you protecting your partner?

Like I said the more transparent one is on BP the larger audience they will have.
