Nail 2 common walls together and it is a duplex?

Hi All, I have a property that will allow me to put a single mobile home or a duplex on it.

Q1: if I put two tiny homes on wheels end to end with one wall being common, is that a duplex?

Q2: If I bought two tiny homes and took off wheels and put on foundation, would having one wall common make that a duplex?
