How much does kitchen appliance upgrade boost home value?
Hi, I am currently in need of a new cooking range, and I am contemplating upgrading all appliances: range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher (they are all just over 10 years old - as old as the house itself). I would like to know how much this typically impacts home value immediately, and maybe around 5 years down the line (assuming average maintenance). Is investment in good kitchen appliances advisable as a way to boost home value?
