Too many Deals!!
Anybody out there getting more deals than they can handle? Colorado Springs is hot right now. Lots of opportunities. What is it like in the rest of the country? I can't do any more fix and flip properties. Will have to start wholesaling my deals until I can get some of my current projects completed and sold.
