Can anything be done with old Mexican tile?

Hello BP! :)

Just purchased a nice little rental in West Palm Beach, Fl. that will bring in $1000-$1400 a month income.

The entire bottom floor is covered in Mexican tile.

It would be too costly to rip up the floors and put in wood or tile.

Is there anyway to treat, clean, etc. to make this stuff look great?

Thanks everyone.

- James
