renovation
I need some info about renovation. The SFR( colonial 1800 sqft) is located in Arlington va.
Needs kitchen, 3 bath renovation, new windows new furnace and AC. The rest would be cosmetic.
Any advises would be appreciated.

You need to do better than that, how big are the baths, 40 sf? 90sf? 120 sf? Be sure you have all the info before you invite contractors.
