Hi everyone my weakness is understanding repair costs and until I get more experience I'm wondering what the best application is for your phone that will help you until you have more experience figure out remodeling costs to flip a property

An app isn't going to be able to accurately estimate rehab costs. There are too many variables that contribute to the equation:
Are you hiring a GC or subcontractors?
What type of Contractor?
What type of house?
What level of finishes?
What time of year?
What location?
How good are your negotiation skills?
Plus a whole lot more...
Instead of relying on an app, learn the methodology for estimating repairs and create your own spreadsheets that will reflect your actual costs.
