Hello, I want to know if anyone has templates for general and sub-contractor contracts or information on how to structure the contracts for maximum benefit, safeguards, schedules, etc. Any information would be helpful.

Harry Neakok i use AIA pre-made standard contracts. For a lesser formal format, you can search BNI books or Craftsman contract templates. Doesn't CM have those regularly? Or they don't teach that in school?
