Window in the bathroom/shower area....

Older home. 1922.  There is a window in the shower where the previous homeowner had tenants place a curtain over the window so it kept the character of the home.  Some people have suggested replacing it with glass block.  That definitely eliminates the possibility of wood rotting etc due to moisture in the future...  There is fan in the bathroom too.  No problems with the window or the wood now, very nice and well kept but I could replace it and never have to worry about it lol... Are windows in showers selling points?  Just picking the brains of the best investors on the web ; )

Thanks everyone, you guys rock!
