Question Buying Two Bedroom SFH
Hey Everybody.... I am considering putting a bid on a two bedroom one bath home that needs rehabbing that I can pick up reasonably. My question is how hard is to sell a two bedroom in this market? If a could not sell it in a reasonable time it would make a great rental. Thanks for any imput!
