Mold In Columbia SC
Greetings again BP,
I have recently looked at a house in Columbia SC and it has a pretty bad case of mold growth.I did put an offer in on the property and a strong one. I know there are several options when dealing with mold especially if its the bad stuff but I was hoping that some Columbia SC investors might refer me to some folks who deal with this sort of thing. Really excited and hopefully I win the bid and get the contract, but I wanted to start getting things lined up before that happens. Thanks again!
