Potential Flip Cincinnati
I have boots on the ground in Cinci, and our potential first fix and flip there. Curious the rate at which 3bed 1baths are selling - rehabbed in Union Township. I have done my research online, but wanted a locals opinion on the area. My partner lives in the area and thinks it is a good are. I think there is plenty of equity in the purchase price and I certainly have the option to Hold it as a rental if need be. Just new to Cinci and wanted to hear from the locals. Thanks!
