Geotech / Philadelphia. PA
Hi folks,
City of Philadelphia changed the requirements and process for digging / underpinning basements.
They are now requiring plans and Geotech engineer must approve each phase of the underpinning process.
We have done business with a Geotech in the past who was not reliable and delayed our project.
Do anyone have a Geotech they can recommend and also a reliable concrete contactor they've used before?
Thanks,
Andresa

Try Greg Bustamante at Bustamante Engieering. Very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. His office is great and they can answer all your questions. I have worked with him on two projects. They are located in Doylestown.
