Roofing Quotes Knoxville
We are in the process of getting quotes from roofing companies for a foreclosure we are buying. Two companies, Stancell Construction (guy showed up in a Porsche) and Litespeed Construction, both gave us quotes over $6,000. It is a very simple roof with only two short valleys. Another company, A Quality Roofing and Remodeling quoted us $3,900. The guy's name is Alex K. I found all three companies on Angie's List and the the Quality Roofing and Construction had 18 reviews. I have read to be careful with companies that quote really low compared to other companies. Besides Angie's list, how can I vet his company? Has anyone in Knoxville worked with Alex with A Quality Roofing and Remodeling? Thanks for any input this is our first rental property and first time having a new roof installed.
