Section 8 tenant
Hello my name is Maria Adames, I have rental property. I am not realtor. I am an accountant professional tax preparer that help owner of property pay les taxes and save money according to laws. Right now I have two empty apartments. I want to know if is convenient to put section 8 people because I advertise but the prospect have saction 8 and in my olmost 20 years of landlord I never deal with section 8 people. Thank you.
