Allure plank install (with pics!)

Hi folks. We just did the first turn of tenants on the first property we bought. The house was left in much better shape than we expected, thankfully. I decided the floor in the kitchen was looking pretty terrible (unrelated to the tenants, just an old floor) so we installed a new allure floor right before the new tenants moved in. I have done engineered wood floors before but the allure planks are so incredibly easy! We did 200 sf easily in a day. And all the materials cost less than $400. It makes such a huge difference we decided that next year we will paint the cabinets to make the kitchen look a little better.
